How are items packaged?

At House of Torsha, we take great care in packaging every product to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
All products are packed in sturdy boxes, wrapped with a protective plastic layer. Fragile items such as accessories or glass components are secured with multiple layers of bubble wrap to prevent any damage during transit. We are committed to maintaining high-quality, safe, and secure packaging standards.

Where do you deliver?

Currently, House of Torsha delivers only within West Bengal, India.
We are working toward expanding our reach in the near future and appreciate your understanding.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details, including the tracking number and the name of the courier partner.
You can track the status of your shipment online 24 hours after dispatch using the provided tracking link.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch orders within 2–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Due to regional logistics and boutique processing, delivery can take anywhere between 8 to 14 business days from the date of order placement.
