Cancellation Before Shipment
(Only valid on orders placed and delivered within India):
If your order or the item(s) you wish to cancel have not yet been shipped, you can write to our customer support team at support@houseoftorsha.com or call us at +91 7980266027.
In such cases, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be initiated within 24–48 business hours after the cancellation request is processed.

Cancellation After Shipment
We do not accept cancellations once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Return Policy

Courier Returns
Orders may be returned to us by the courier if they are undeliverable after multiple attempts. This can happen due to reasons such as an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable. If a courier returns an order, it will be canceled and the refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours.

Customer-Initiated Returns
House of Torsha is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with a product you received, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:

1. You received a damaged or defective item.

2. The product delivered is not what you ordered.

• Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

• Clearly mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number on the top of the package and include the original invoice inside.

• Ensure the parcel is sealed properly to prevent damage during transit.

• Send it via a reliable courier service to the return address provided by our support team.

Refund Process
Once we receive and verify the returned item(s) at our facility, we will initiate your refund. The refundable amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 7 business days of receiving the return.
